Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Returns Accepted for 30 Days: You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns Only Eligible for Unused Items: Parts that were used or installed are not eligible for return.  If you have an issue with a part not working please contact us to receive a replacement.

Customer Provides Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

20% Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items.

Exclusions: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items are clearly marked as such in the product description.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@enginepartpros.com within the 30-day return period. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and further instructions on where to send the item.

  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, affix the return label provided by us, and ship it to the address provided.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon successful inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Important Notes:

  • Returns that do not meet our criteria may be subject to additional fees or may be denied.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund after the item is received and inspected.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure the item is properly packaged and insured.
